Setup is done either by us or by an authorized reseller.

We will then contact you via email or phone within 2 business days (often less) to set up an installation appointment.
During the installation, we use a screen sharing application so that we can setup your computer. A high speed internet connection is required and installation is conducted in English over a phone line. Customer is responsible for phone charges to our headquarters in Northern California (approximate duration of install and training 45 minutes to an hour).
